You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• All activities that occur under your PGPH account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out properly after each session, especially when using shared devices.
• Notifying PGPH immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

PGPH will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team right away.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

• Bet manipulation, match-fixing, or exploiting system errors is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Winnings from voided bets will not be paid out; only the original stake will be returned.
• PGPH's decision on the settlement of bets is final and binding.
