Account & Registration

Head to the Register page and fill in your name, email address, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and preferred username and password. Once submitted, check your email or mobile for a verification code, confirm your identity with a valid government-issued ID, and your account is ready to use. The whole process takes under five minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use PGPH. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is mandatory for all new accounts, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended.

Any valid Philippine government-issued ID is accepted:
  • Philippine Passport
  • Driver's Licence
  • PhilSys National ID
  • UMID Card
  • SSS or GSIS Card
  • Voter's ID
Upload a clear photo or scan of your ID through the verification section of your account dashboard. A selfie may also be requested for final confirmation.

No. Each person is allowed only one PGPH account. Creating multiple accounts — including to claim welcome bonuses more than once — is a direct violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved.

Log in to your PGPH account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address, mobile number, and communication preferences. Changes to your legal name or date of birth require contacting our support team at support@pgph.best with supporting documentation.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page. Enter your registered email address or mobile number and PGPH will send you a password reset link or OTP within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@pgph.best.

Deposits & Funding

PGPH supports all major Philippine payment methods:
  • E-wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
  • Bank transfer: InstaPay, PESONet
  • Online banking: BDO, BPI, UnionBank
  • Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) with no added conversion fees.

The minimum deposit on PGPH is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification as part of our security procedures.

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your PGPH account within a few seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes. If your balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it right away.

PGPH does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. GCash, Maya, and most InstaPay transfers are typically free for standard accounts. Check your payment provider's terms for details.

First, check that the money hasn't already left your e-wallet or bank account. If it has been deducted but your PGPH balance hasn't updated, take a screenshot of the transaction and email it to support@pgph.best along with your PGPH username and the transaction reference. Our team resolves most deposit disputes within the hour.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your PGPH account, go to Cashier > Withdraw, select your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used to deposit.

Most PGPH withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically arrive within the same banking day, while PESONet transfers take up to one business day. All withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.

The minimum withdrawal amount on PGPH is ₱200. There is no fee charged by PGPH for standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own processing charges.

Withdrawals may take longer than usual if: your account KYC verification is incomplete; you have an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements; it's a public holiday in the Philippines; or your withdrawal amount is unusually large and requires additional security checks. Contact support@pgph.best if your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours.

Betting & Markets

Live betting (also called in-play betting) lets you place wagers on a match while it is already in progress. PGPH updates live odds in real time as the game situation changes. You can access all live markets from the Live section of your account dashboard after logging in. Live betting is available for basketball, football, esports, and more.

The minimum bet on PGPH is ₱10 per wager. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, and your account level. VIP Club members enjoy significantly higher maximum bet limits. Specific limits are displayed in the bet slip for each market before you confirm your stake.

Once a bet is confirmed on PGPH, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your stake and selection carefully in the bet slip before confirming. Some markets offer a Cash Out option that lets you settle a bet early — check the bet slip of your active wager to see if Cash Out is available.

PGPH displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most commonly used format in the Philippines and Asia. You can switch to fractional or American (moneyline) format in your account settings if you prefer. Decimal odds show your total return per ₱1 staked — for example, odds of 2.50 on a ₱100 bet returns ₱250 total (₱150 profit).

Bonuses & Promotions

New PGPH members receive a welcome bonus of up to ₱5,000 on their first deposit. The bonus is credited to your account automatically after your first qualifying deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply — full terms are available on our Terms and Conditions page.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling ₱5,000 before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. PGPH keeps its wagering requirements straightforward — no surprise conditions.

Every bet you place on PGPH earns loyalty points that accumulate in your VIP Club account. As your points build, you progress through VIP tiers — unlocking better rewards at each level including higher withdrawal limits, exclusive weekly bonuses, cashback deals, and dedicated account managers. You can enter a promo code during registration in the "Promo Code" field, or in the Cashier > Promotions section of your account. Once entered, the associated bonus or reward is applied to your account automatically. Each promo code can only be used once per account.

Security & Privacy

Yes. PGPH uses full SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted on the platform, including login credentials and payment information. Our security team monitors account activity around the clock for unusual behaviour. PGPH also complies with all data protection requirements applicable to Philippine online services. Your personal and financial data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Go to Account Settings > Security and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. You'll be asked to verify your mobile number — after that, every login from a new device will require a one-time PIN sent to your phone. PGPH strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all accounts, especially those linked to GCash or bank accounts.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your PGPH account, contact our support team at support@pgph.best immediately — include the subject line "Urgent: Account Security." Our team will temporarily lock the account, investigate the activity, and help you regain secure access. Change your password and enable 2FA as soon as you're back in. PGPH will never ask for your password via email or chat.

PGPH handles all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We collect only the information necessary to operate your account and comply with regulatory requirements. You can request a copy of your personal data or ask for its deletion by contacting support@pgph.best.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to your PGPH account, go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming, and select Deposit Limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly caps. Limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit applies right away; increasing one requires a 7-day review period to give you time to reconsider. Full details on the Responsible Gaming page.

Self-exclusion is a permanent account closure option for players who feel their gambling is out of control. Once activated, your PGPH account is closed and you will not be able to register a new account. To request self-exclusion, contact support@pgph.best — the request is processed within 24 hours. We take this very seriously and handle every request with full respect and no judgment.

Yes. PGPH offers a Cooling-Off Period tool that pauses your account for a set time — 24 hours, 7 days, or up to 30 days. During this period you cannot place bets, but your account, balance, and history remain intact. Find this option under Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Cooling-Off Period.
